In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the bos96 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. bos96 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended and any funds will be returned after deduction of any bonuses received.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) bos96 account only. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. bos96 relies on this information for identity verification and payout processing. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 Restricted Jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the bos96 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. bos96 does not warrant that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in your jurisdiction. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. bos96 is not regulated by any Malaysian government authority.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bos96 account credentials, including your username and password. bos96 will never request your password through any channel outside the login interface. You must notify bos96 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.2 Account Activity. All transactions and gaming activity conducted through your account are your responsibility. If you permit another person to access your account — whether intentionally or through negligence — you remain fully responsible for all activity that occurs.
3.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are considered inactive. bos96 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close inactive accounts, subject to providing reasonable notice to the registered email address on file.
4.1 Accepted Methods. bos96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB online banking, Public Bank online banking, and USDT (Tether). Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at bos96's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the bos96 cashier section and are subject to change. Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. bos96 targets withdrawal completion within 15 minutes for e-wallet methods and within one (1) business day for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended where identity verification or fraud review is required.
4.4 Verification Requirements. bos96 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Required documentation may include a copy of a government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.
4.5 Currency. All account balances and transactions on the bos96 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by bos96 are subject to specific bonus terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and validity periods. 5.2 Abuse. bos96 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: collusion, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or systematic exploitation of bonus conditions.
5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Where a withdrawal is initiated before wagering requirements are satisfied, bos96 may deduct the outstanding bonus balance and any winnings derived from it prior to processing the withdrawal.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the bos96 Sportsbook are subject to bos96's Sports Betting Rules, which govern bet settlement, void conditions, live betting terms, and special event conditions. A bet is only confirmed and accepted once a confirmation reference number is generated and displayed to the Member.
6.2 Pricing Errors. bos96 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were offered in error, including manifest pricing errors. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the Member's Wallet without penalty. bos96 will endeavour to identify and correct pricing errors promptly.
6.3 Match Integrity. bos96 actively monitors betting patterns for indicators of match-fixing or event manipulation. Where bos96 has reasonable grounds to suspect a bet was placed in connection with a corrupt event, it reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation and, if evidence is found, to void the bet entirely.
6.4 Maximum Payouts. Maximum winnings per event and per day are subject to bos96's payout limits, which are available in the Sportsbook terms section. bos96 reserves the right to limit stake amounts for individual Members at its discretion.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the bos96 Casino and Slots sections is governed by individual game rules provided within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail in relation to that game.
7.2 Technical Failures. In the event of a disconnection, technical fault, or server error during a game session, bos96 will endeavour to resolve the session based on the last confirmed game state. Where this is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the Member's Wallet.
7.3 RTP and Fairness. All slot and RNG casino games available on the bos96 Platform operate using independently audited Random Number Generators. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions. 11.3 bos96's total liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the value of funds held in the Member's Wallet at the time the liability arose.
bos96's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bos96 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Members via email or through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bos96 is incorporated and licensed to operate.
